Integrated flight network coordination
Connect task plans, area rules, flight status, and coordination records through shared objects and workflows.

LOW-ALTITUDE DIGITAL PLATFORM
Digital platforms are a ZNAero-operated business, organising task coordination, service workflows, security information, and AI applications around city and park development and operating needs.
Position
Platform work starts with three questions: which tasks need managing, where existing data comes from, and who reviews it. These guide module selection, integration conditions, and staged acceptance across four areas. A module name is not evidence that a function has been verified.
Capabilities and work paths
Connect task plans, area rules, flight status, and coordination records through shared objects and workflows.
Organise reviewable digital workflows around application materials, resource information, task records, and service points.
Organise risk cues, alert rules, response workflows, and review records to support coordination across roles.
Build a governable algorithm foundation around authorised data, model integration, evaluation, observation, and human review.
Architecture and delivery path
Map workflows, existing platforms, data sources, and access permissions to create a current-state register and problem list.
Prioritise modules, roles, data fields, and connection conditions by application. Record unverified interfaces and functions for further checks.
Agree task examples and acceptance checks, together with user guidance, maintenance responsibilities, and operational handover.
Share existing system types, priority applications, and coordination issues without sensitive data. We will review scope and connection conditions before discussing implementation.
